Salary: circa £50k, pro rata to the days worked (we’re flexible, so a minimum of 3 days a week up to a full-time role)
Location: Remote / Hybrid.

You’ll partner with our clients on the stuff that really matters:
Supporting leaders through growth, change and tricky people issues
Turning employment law into clear, practical advice
Helping managers lead with confidence (and empathy)
Getting stuck into culture, performance and ways of working
Spotting where things could be better, and helping fix them
You’ll probably love this role if you:
Have previous experience as an HR Business Partner and have a passion for what you do
Are a full generalist, used to working across a range of different HR activities, with no ego and likes pitching in to get the job done
A business partner who takes pride in developing strong working relationships quickly
Are calm, credible and confident with complex ER cases
Balance warmth with clear boundaries
Care about making HR simpler, fairer and more human
Enjoy variety and working with different organisations
Love working with a team of incredible people and like a challenge
