Workplace Wellbeing Audit

Prioritising your business’ most important asset

Once a secondary concern or luxury perk, employee wellbeing is now taking centre stage in commercial conversations. And that’s not just because it’s the morally virtuous choice for business leaders. Today, companies also understand the significant impact of mental wellness and satisfaction on their bottom line. It's a strategic move that can enhance employee engagement, boost overall company performance, and, ultimately, lead to more sustainable and successful business outcomes.

For that reason, the focus is naturally shifting from profits and productivity, to the most effective ways to cultivate a positive — and truly future-fit — working environment. Taking a holistic overview of your current practices and processes, our workplace wellbeing audit helps lay the foundations of sustained success. Ready to give your workplace the oomph it needs to thrive?

How does the workplace wellbeing audit work?

There’s no one-size-fits-all solution to resolving HR challenges. By getting under the skin of your current workplace dynamics, and the specifics of your wellbeing initiatives to-date, we can develop a tailored approach that drives tangible results. Importantly, wholesale change isn’t always the answer. In fact, much of the time, it’s about tweaking the dials to get the levels right. The process typically involves:

  • Initial data collection: Gather essential information to initiate the audit process

  • Consultation call: Engage with relevant stakeholders for a more detailed overview

  • Employee survey: Capture ‘on the ground’ insight on six critical wellbeing factors

  • Recommendations: Produce a high-level roadmap with actionable guidance

  • Implementation: Provide one-off or retained support to facilitate the transition, if required

Follow-up audit: Measure your progress 12 months on to keep you on track
